RDF Software Technical Support Policy

The SPCS Help system and User Manual are included with the purchase of each new system and upgrade.  If you have questions about using SPCS we ask that you please email your questions to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

RDF Software does offer limited technical support and training by phone.  All support and training by phone is billed at $150.00 an hour with a $100.00 minimum.  After the first hour you will be billed in 15 minute increments.

If you do not have a computer IT person or company and need assistance setting up your computers on a network, adding or replacing computers, networking tablets, and other computer related needs please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We have always endeavored to provide a high level of support and will continue to do so however, due to the tremendous growth of our user base over the years we are no longer able to provide free phone support.

Many of the calls we receive are related to replacing computers, networking and linking computers and tablets, installing printers, and other network or computer related issues. Additionally, a lot of the answers to the calls we receive can be found in the user documentation or easily answered by email. We ask that you please email your questions and if you do need to speak to a technical support representative please let us know and we will contact you.  We try our best to respond to all emails and inquiries within one business day.
